Membership is billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal. Referral discounts apply to future invoices only and are recalculated each billing period based on active referrals. Postcode slots are licensed, not owned, and return to the queue when a membership lapses.
Buyers and sellers complete identity verification and, where a transaction requires it, source-of-funds checks. We keep verification records for the period required by UK anti-money-laundering regulations and may decline or suspend membership where checks cannot be completed.

We process personal data to operate memberships, verification, listings and payments, with a lawful basis under UK GDPR. Data is never sold. Members can request access, correction or deletion of their data, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
