Introducers
Bring people in. Earn a share of what the club actually charges.
Every vetted member gets an invite link. When someone joins through it you earn 20% of their vetting fee, 20% of their first 12 months of membership, and 10% of the club's own fee on their jobs. Never a cut of a property price or a job.
How it pays
Four rates, one worked example. These are the same numbers your dashboard accrues against.
20%
of the £99 vetting fee (excl. VAT)
Paid once, when their fee clears.
20%
of every membership payment for their first 12 months
Monthly or annual — it follows what they actually pay.
20%
of the one-off lifetime payment
Instead of the 12-month membership share, not on top.
10%
of the club's platform fee only — never the job value
Capped at £2,000 per introducer per year.
You introduce Amira, a plumber in EN5. She joins your link, gets vetted, takes the £15/month membership and works through the marketplace.
Vetting fee
She pays £99 + VAT to get qualified. Your share is on the £99.
£19.80
Membership, 12 months
Accrues month by month as each payment clears.
£36
Club fee on her jobs
You earn on the club's £560 fee, never on her £8,000.
£56
Year one from one introduction
£111.80
Each amount is held for 30 days against refunds, then credited to your club wallet — withdraw it to your bank like any other balance. You must be a vetted, paid member when the reward is earned and again when it is released. One level only — no downline. Rates shown are the current published rates and can change for future earnings.
Who can earn
- You are a vetted member: identity verified, vetting fee paid and membership active.
- You have a signed introducer declaration on file — it takes a minute in your member area.
- The person joined through your own invite link, and is not you or a second account of yours.
- You have chosen cash commission rather than fee discounts. One or the other, switchable in your member area.
When the money lands
Recorded on payment
Commission is recorded the moment the underlying payment clears — not when someone signs up.
Held 30 days
The hold covers refunds and chargebacks. If the payment reverses inside it, so does the commission.
Paid to your wallet
After the hold it is credited to your club wallet, and you can request a bank payout like any other balance.
Job-fee commission is capped at £2,000 per introducer per year, so it can never outrun the fee income it is paid from. You are responsible for declaring commission you receive to HMRC.
What is never paid for
- Recruitment on its own — a sign-up that never pays produces no commission.
- Any share of a property price, deposit, or a tradesperson's job money.
- A second level. There is no downline and no commission on introductions your introductions make.
- Introductions arranged only to generate commission on jobs that are not genuine.
