How the club works
A district-first model, not a deal list.
Step 1
We build the power team first
Every district needs 17 verified roles — buyers, trades, advisers — before deals can reliably complete. We recruit them in the right order, not all at once.
Step 2
One slot per profession, per district
Once a trade claims a postcode slot, that profession is locked for that district. Early claimers get exclusivity and first look at every local job.
Step 3
Funding is member capital, not debt
Deals are funded with verified cash, joint ventures and profit shares. No mortgages, no interest, no regulated lending products.
Step 4
Escrow holds the money until work is done
Job payments sit in escrow and release against agreed milestones. Sellers, trades and buyers are protected by the same rule: deliver first, get paid after.
How slots are allocated
Every district opens with 17 founding power-team slots. One member per profession, per district.
Claim, don't buy
A founding slot is claimed by a vetted member. It stays yours while you are active and in good standing.
Postcode exclusivity
Only one member holds each profession in each district. You become the default contact for that trade in PE2 — and later in your own district.
Depth opens districts
A district opens for slot claims once its founding list reaches real momentum. PE2 is already live; the next district follows as its list deepens.
Activity decides priority
Queue position, scoring and rewards all reward people who invite others, complete jobs and keep their profile current.

Earn 20% of the vetting and membership fees paid by people you introduce, plus 10% of the platform fee on their completed jobs.
Queue jumps for invites
Every person who joins through your personal link moves you up 100 places on the founding list.
Escrow-backed marketplace
Post, quote and get paid through escrow. Disputes are rare because milestones are agreed before money moves.
